All parcels are shipped in neutral packaging with no logos or information about the contents — your privacy is fully guaranteed.

Receiving your order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- The delivery service will notify you by SMS and email when your parcel is ready for pickup.
- Parcels are usually kept in parcel lockers for 5–7 days, depending on the service provider.
- If choosing courier delivery, please make sure you can receive the parcel personally.
