5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden via Omniva, SmartPOST, DPD, Venipak, Unisend. Orders dispatched in 1-4 business days. Estimated delivery: Estonia (2-5 business days), Latvia/Lithuania (3-7 business days), Finland/Sweden (4-9 business days). Tracking provided. Packages shipped discreetly in neutral packaging. Accurate shipping details are required to avoid delays. Unclaimed packages may incur return costs.
6. Returns and Refunds
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging. Notify us at info@sweetlove.ee within 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must include all original components and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons if opened or unsealed:
